These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Revokra. By creating an account or otherwise using Revokra, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Revokra allows users to share documents via links that can be configured to expire, require a password or email to view, be locked to a single device, request a recipient's location, and collect e-signatures. Revokra also provides analytics about how shared documents are viewed.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and you may not share your account credentials with others.
3. Business use only
Revokra is intended for use by businesses and professionals, and signup is restricted to business email addresses. Accounts created with personal, consumer, or disposable email addresses may be suspended or terminated without notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Revokra to:
- Share content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes on the rights of others
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate any person
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, or to another user's account or documents
- Use device-locking, location requests, or any tracking feature to monitor someone without a legitimate business purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service
5. E-signatures
Revokra's e-signature feature is designed to comply with applicable electronic signature laws, including the U.S. ESIGN Act. However, you are responsible for determining whether an electronic signature is appropriate and legally sufficient for your specific use case and document type. Some document types may not be eligible for electronic signature under applicable law.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the documents and content you upload. You grant Revokra a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the service to you and your intended recipients.
7. Payment and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at checkout. You may cancel or downgrade your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.
8. Team accounts and seats
Plans with multiple seats are billed based on the number of team members added to your organization. Adding members beyond your plan's included seats may incur additional charges as described on our pricing page.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, including for use of a personal or disposable email address, abuse of the service, or non-payment. You may cancel your account at any time.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Revokra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. In particular, and as described on our Security page, no security feature -- including device-locking, password protection, or any other access control -- can guarantee absolute prevention of unauthorized access, screenshotting, or redistribution of shared content.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revokra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages resulting from unauthorized access to or disclosure of shared documents.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Revokra after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Revokra is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
